The Free Company of Canis Bellum is looking for a few stout and hearty men (or women) who want to join our group!
We are seeking individuals to help us out at the Greater St. Louis Renaissance Faire at Wentzville, Missouri. If you have ever been interested in armored fighting but never had the chance, well, you are in luck! We are seeking new recruits in the St. Louis area, or in the southwest Missouri area who would like to be part of our group. Please contact us for more information (insert e-mail address here) We are specifically looking to fill the following positions:
Herald/Announcer: Must be comfortable speaking to LARGE groups of people, must have command of armour/weapons/medieval terminology (or a willingness to learn, we‘ll teach you), a fun attitude and ability to speak in a European type accent.
Fighters: No experience necessary (but it really helps!), would be great if you had your own armour/weapons (but we can help you with that). Willingness to learn and an adventurous attitude!
Camp Help: People to interact with the general crowd, fetch water for the fighters, help run the camp, and if you can cook, you are in!
We can supply some individuals with basic clothing/garb (or point you in the right direction), someplace to sleep, and food while you are at the faire. If you have ever wanted to participate in a medieval faire, NOW is your chance!
